I was totally creeped out majorly when I saw Ghosts for the first time. And I downloaded the video again recently, and I’m STILL creeped out by it. I say it did the job.

Michael always did make the best movie videos. I feel the need to go watch moonwalker now. *sniff*

Oh man, I’ve never seen the Ghost video. That was pretty awesome. I love the haunted mansion setting.

I look forward to reading your review of This Is It. I want to see it, but not in the theater.

I always thought the song “Off the Wall” was kind of halloweeny. At least with the intro part sounding like witches laughing and just kind of eerie music.

Wow–you’re right. I can’t believe I forgot that. I deserve to have my badge stripped now.

But I could save face by arguing that I was keeping it strictly to MJ’s solo catalog, because there is also an obscure Jackson 5 song called The Boogie Man that I chose not to include.

Also the Jacksons Torture video ripped off Thriller—Michael sang on the song, but famously refused to be in the video. The video is pathetic, looking like it cost 2 bucks to make. His brothers desperately dressed a dummy like Michael and stood it in for a shot.

Incidentally, this video ALSO features a moonwalking skeleton.

Honorable Mention: Michael Jackson is featured in the chorus of “Somebody’s Watching Me” by Rockwell, which was originally a good Halloween song before its recent association with googly-eyed wads of cash you probably will not save at all with Geico.
